Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lender Onboarding & Partnerships Manager. This role is focused on expanding our lender ecosystem for Cars and Bikes, optimizing performance across the onboarding funnel, and strengthening long-term relationships through strategic collaboration and effective client management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lender Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new lenders (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs) onto our Cars and Bikes marketplace platform.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and improve conversion rates at every stage of the lender onboarding and integration process, driving performance and efficiency.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new lending partners, ensuring alignment with marketplace goals and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, Operations, and Marketing teams to streamline lender integrations and deliver a seamless experience.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with lenders through regular engagement, trust-building, and performance reviews.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, lender offerings, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Key Requirements:

  • 27 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Fintech, Auto Finance, or a related domain.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
