Job Description

Role : Sr. Business Analyst - typically includes a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision.

• Job Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Lead the process of eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• . Project Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects related to business analysis, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and issues that impact business performance and decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing coaching and development opportunities to foster their growth and enhance team performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation outlining findings, recommendations, and project status updates.
• Risk Management: Assess risks associated with business requirements and proposed solutions, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.
