Summary

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related technical field, Minimum 7 years of experience into Business Analysis
Good knowledge in understanding of software development lifecycle and quality best practices and tools
Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and management, Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement, Assist in evaluating potential solutions to meet business needs, Create clear documentation such as business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and use cases, Validate to ensure requirements are met during testing phases, Perform data analysis to support decision-making, Identify and communicate risks or issues related to requirements or project scope, Provide suggestions for process enhancements and contribute to best practices, Translate business needs into Salesforce-specific functional requirements and user stories, Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to design scalable solutions, Participate in prototyping and demo iterations to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations, Assist with post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvements, Required Knowledge/Skills
