Job Description

Coordinate the client onboarding process in collaboration with internal teams.

Track and manage customer deliverables, timelines, and expectations.

Monitor customer satisfaction and flag potential issues early.

Document and maintain customer records, action items.

Liaise with technical teams to resolve post-sale support requests.

Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

Coordinate with internal departments like accounts, business development and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Maintain and update customer data and deal progress in CRM systems,

Track and follow up on leads, proposals, payments, and client queries.

Support the front-end sales team with documentation, data analysis, and reports.
