Job Description

  • As a Sales Executive at Arisen Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base
  • With your vast knowledge in sales and conversion, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals
  • Whether you re engaging with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations, or negotiating contracts, your expertise will be instrumental in driving success for our organization
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively articulate how our products and services can address their challenges and add value to their business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and highlight their benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Utilize sales analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving outcomes and delivering value to clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is preferred.
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles in the sales process.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
