1-4 years of experience in IT, IT Security, Security, Technical helpdesk, Security Operations are preferred
University Degree. MBA, CISSP, CISM, GCHI, CEH, CCNA, or GIAC are preferred.
Understanding of Web Access Firewalls (WAF) will be preferable
Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to interact directly with individuals that do not have an IT background.
Intermediate knowledge of endpoint and network security concepts and tools preferred.
Knowledge of ServiceNow.
Experience with event monitoring and security reporting.
Ability to exercise sound technical, interpersonal, and organizational judgment while evaluating and solving complex problems.
Attention to detail.

Manage the application and troubleshoot any issues
5+years of experience in SNOW
Mandate experience with SIR
Create categories / sub-categories / fields when requested
Create inbound email rules when tickets need to be created for emails
Update our table for pre-prod and prod alerts for various alert types
Any other customizations or requests from analysts
Simplify the table structure in ServiceNow SIR
Our current table was not designed for such expansion. We have 300+ fields created that has slowed down our application, and sub-tables would need to be created so that future updates can be managed efficiently
Integrate SNOW with Crowdstrike (CS) via API
CS SME will provide the key for integration
Updates in SNOW will need to be reflected in CS
Improve efficiency of ServiceNow
SNOW has slowed down significantly in the past few months. We would want additional eyes to find ways to improve its efficiency
Review various Business Rules/UI Policies
Over time, many UI policies have been created. We would want these to be reviewed and simplified.
