- Good interviewing and assessment skills.

- Strong management & Leadership skill.
- Should have excellent knowledge in MS Office.
- End to end recruitment process.
- Administer payroll and maintain staff records.
- Assist in HR Operations.
- Develop HR planning strategies with line managers.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Organize learning and development programs.
- Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
- Communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employees.
- Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, etc.
- Conducting various welfare activities.
