Sap Eam (enterprise Asset Management) Consultant @ CGI

• As an SAP EAM Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing enterprise asset management solutions to enhance asset reliability, reduce downtime, and improve maintenance efficiency.
• Your role includes asset lifecycle management, preventive and predictive maintenance, work order management, integration with SAP modules (PM, MM, SD, FI/CO, IoT), compliance with safety regulations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• You will also provide testing, troubleshooting, user training, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless asset operations

• Configure and implement SAP EAM for end-to-end asset lifecycle management.
• Manage asset master data, including equipment, functional locations, and technical objects.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Configure work order and notification processes for maintenance execution.
• Ensure integration with SAP PM, MM, SD, FI/CO, and IoT solutions for seamless operations.
• Monitor asset performance and maintenance costs to optimize efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards such as ISO and OSHA.
• Implement mobile EAM solutions (SAP Work Manager, Fiori apps) for field operations.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to resolve SAP EAM-related issues.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support for smooth system adoption

Good-to-Have Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA EAM - Experience with asset management in SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori apps.
• SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) - Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, work orders, and asset tracking.
• Predictive Maintenance & IoT - Understanding of IoT-enabled predictive maintenance solutions.
• SAP APM (Asset Performance Management) - Experience with asset reliability, risk-based maintenance, and failure analysis.
