OrgSpire Inc is looking for 0 - 1 years US IT Staffing professionals to join our recruitment team at our Bangalore office located in Koramangala. We are considering freshers for US IT recruitment.

Location: Banglore , India.

Skills Needed:

• Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Negotiation skills.
• Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
• Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)

Experience Needed:

• 0 to 1 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. 
• Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
• Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets
• Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management portals.
• Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions , tasks and manage work time efficiently.
• Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team
• Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
