Senior Scrum Master @ Ahom Technologies

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing eCommerce mobile application projects. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes, ensure effective team collaboration, and drive the successful delivery of high-quality eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.

• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team can work efficiently.

• Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-defined and prioritized.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Track and report on key metrics, such as team velocity and sprint progress.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and management.

• Mentor and support team members in Agile best practices.

• Ensure that the team follows Agile methodologies and adheres to organizational processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or related roles, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.

• Proven experience in managing eCommerce mobile application projects.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with other Agile methodologies, such as Kanban or Lean.

• Experience working in a distributed or remote team environment.
