Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field.
- You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.
- Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude.
- Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
- The goal is to contribute to the development of people's technical/IT skills to meet organizational needs.
- Design and develop training materials, courses, and modules to meet the learning objectives and needs of the interns.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum is current.
- Conduct training sessions, lectures, workshops, and practical exercises for the interns.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to interns, offering support and clarifications on technical concepts.
- Develop and administer assessments and quizzes to evaluate the interns understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to help interns improve their skills.
- Address technical issues or challenges faced by interns during their training.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance.
- Enforce discipline and rules to create a productive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor and track the progress of each intern, identifying strengths and areas needing improvement.
- Maintain clear and open communication with interns, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessment results.
- Encourage and guide interns in their professional development, helping them set career goals and improve soft skills.
- Ensure that training activities adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and data security standards.
- Minimum 2-3 years in technical training in IT industry
- Should have training experience on React JS, HTML, CSS, Mern
- Shound have training experience on Java, PHP, Java Full stack
- Minimum qualification B Tech/Technical background
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Degree in a relevant technical field
- Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
