Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities:-
Management Associate Corporate Communications
Assist the Management team of GoodWorks group in efficiently handling tasks/projects by providing timely support in coordination of activities, drafting communication content, generating industry reports, and maintaining relationship with stakeholders and partners.
Skills required
Very good written & verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Able to quickly learn & understand business landscapes to efficiently engage with stakeholders
Ability to draft high quality content for marketing collaterals
Good coordination skills and result-orientation
Basic understanding of technology tools MS Office, social media, AI, etc.Industry Relations: GCC / Coworking / NetSkill
Periodic database of suitable industry events for participation
Coordination of participation registration, speakership, event branding, booth handling
Periodic newsletter of GoodWorks group for customers, government, trade councils, foreign embassies, media, channel partners, etc. Branding: GCC / Coworking / Netskill / VMU
Draft press releases, media briefing document, media Q&A, etc.
Brand communication collaterals content digital brochures, presentations,
Social media content management Market Intelligence: GCC / Coworking / Netskill
Monitor relevant channels to compile Industry trends reports
Map the services/products/customers of Competitors
Attend industry events to network and generate business leadsCustomer Relations: Coworking / Netskill
Regularly engage with customer PoC to maintain good relations, manage customer complaints, and understand growth plans.
Talk to prospective clients for NetSkill product promotion and demos.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams for customer engagements.
