Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Python scripting. You will be
responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our infrastructure automation and deployment
pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Python/Shell to streamline DevOps processes.
- Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient deployment and scalability of systems.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
- Document processes and train teams on CI/CD best practices and automation.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related field.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and system administration.
