Intune Specialist / End User Computing Engineer
Position Overview:
As a Senior Intune/EUC Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our endpoint management strategies
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Intune policies, managing Cloud PCs through Windows 365, and packaging applications for deployment via Intune
Your expertise will help ensure the security, efficiency, and compliance of our end-user computing environment, Key Responsibilities:
Intune Policies Management:
Design, implement, and manage Intune policies to ensure compliance and security across the organization, Develop and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment strategies, Monitor and troubleshoot Intune-related issues, providing timely resolutions and improvements, Cloud PC Management (W365):
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Windows 365 Cloud PCs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable Cloud PC solutions aligned with business needs, Monitor Cloud PC utilization and performance metrics, making recommendations for enhancements and scaling, Application Packaging Via Intune:
Package, deploy, and manage applications using Intune, ensuring seamless installation and updates for end-users, Work closely with application owners to understand requirements and create effective packaging solutions, Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for application packaging and deployment processes, Collaboration And Support:
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of endpoint management strategies with organizational goals, Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and end-users regarding Intune and EUC-related inquiries, Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve endpoint management processes, Security And Compliance:
Implement and enforce security policies to protect organizational data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, Conduct regular audits and assessments of endpoint configurations and compliance status, Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Must be able to work United Kingdom business hours
Abillity to independently work on migrations
5+ years of experience in endpoint management, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and EUC technologies, Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e-g, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus, Strong expertise in Intune policy creation, deployment, and management, Hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC management and deployment, Proficient in application packaging and deployment methodologies using Intune, Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment, Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders,
