Your CareerThe Manager-Marketing FP&A will be responsible for driving the Marketing Development Fund and Program spend management. The role involves collaborating with the Field Marketing teams, managing budgets and ownership on approvals of MDF and program spend. The Manager-Marketing FP&A will play a key role in driving due diligence, marketing kpi's/metrics & process standardization within the COE.
Your ImpactBudget Management of MDF and Program SpendEngage with the Field Marketing teams to track spend linearity and provide spend insights & metricsAssist with budget management of Marketing Program spend and help drive spend executionManage all the Operational aspects of Allocadia (Program Spend tool) and MDF tool and ensure alignment to approved budgetsManage the month-end close process for MDF & Marketing Program spendEngage on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes as requiredOptimize marketing spend allocation by analyzing cost efficiency and profitabilityManage the preparation and delivery of accurate Financial ReportsMonitor and report financial KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadershipDrive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracyEnsure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.Identify and mitigate risks related to marketing investments and operational expenses.Partner with finance & marketing teams to align on strategic objectives and improve decision-making.Develop into being a Marketing Super User and manage all UAT processes and SAC Forecast Load processesCommunicate effectively with team and business partners to build relationships and present actionable and insightful recommendationsYour ExperienceEducational Background:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.Experience:9+ years of experience in Marketing strategy , Financial planning and Operations ManagementExperience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Technical Skills:Proficiency in budget management, Reporting and forecasting.Expertise in Marketing Tools / Applications (e.g., Allocadia) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Effective leadership and team management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.High adaptability to dynamic business environments.The TeamYou have a passion for numbers, our organization has a passion for cybersecurity.
