Job Description
Salesforce Developer
The Salesforce Developer will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and optimization of our
Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Chat, and Knowledge Base.
Working as part of a dynamic tech team, this individual will transition ourSalesforce implementation from
an MVP phase, handled by a third-party partner, to a fully functional, in-house managed system. This role
is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and client engagement in our property management
business.
- Lead and execute the development of the Salesforce platform, focusing on new development initiatives before transitioning to maintenance and optimization.
- Build and Maintain Integrations: Implement and refine functionalities within Sales Cloud, Service
- Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein AI, including CTI integration and middleware (iPaaS) utilization (Boomi) to connect with other core operating systems.
- Work independently, managing project timelines and deliverables within a larger tech team, while collaborating with system administrators and business analysts.
- Ensure high-quality development work, adhering to best practices in Salesforce implementation and customization.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and enhancements, applying new knowledge to improve system functionality and performance.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Mid-level Salesforce development experience, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects across
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein AI.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) is highly desirable.
- Experience with middleware solutions, specifically Boomi, is required.
- Experience with CTI integration is beneficial.
- Prior work in a fully remote and/or nearshore role is advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Salesforce development tools and practices, with the ability to implement complex functionalities and integrations.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling challenges independently and as part of a team.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and collaborate across distributed teams.
- Adaptability: Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving project landscape and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
