Business Analyst @ Wissen Technology

Job Description

Key qualifications :

1. Master's Degree required and any other relevant academic course.

2. Strong domain knowledge of investment banking data (BFSI).

3. 3-5 years of experience in financial services

4. Experience in data analysis and profiling using SQL is a must

5. Knowledge in coding, Python is a plus

6. Experience working with BI reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI is preferred.

Key Responsibility :

1. Review, analyze, and resolve data quality issues across IM Data Architecture.
2. Expert in Requirement Gathering, Documentation, Functional Analysis, and Writing BRD / FSD / Process flow creation
3. Coordinate with data owners and other teams to identify root-cause of data quality issues and implement solutions.
4. Expertise in Analyze business processes and workflow to identify areas of improvement.
5. Coordinate the onboarding of data from various internal / external sources into the central repository.
6. Work closely with Data Owners/Owner delegates on data analysis and development data quality (DQ) rules. Work with IT on enhancing DQ controls.
7. End-to-end analysis of business processes, data flows, and data usage to improve business productivity through reengineering.
8. Interact with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address data-related needs and issues.
9. Document business requirements and use cases for data-related projects.
10. Manage change control process and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
11. Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner.
12. Support other DAG initiatives.
