Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as a P2P, O2C & Reconciliation Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Reconciliations, along with knowledge of TDS, GST, and internal auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders while handling vendor queries.
- Generate and process customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory regulations.
- Assist in internal audits and financial reporting.
- Utilize Excel & Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- 1.5 - 2 years of experience in P2P, O2C, and Reconciliations.
- Good understanding of TDS, GST, and Internal Auditing.
- Strong skills in Excel & Google Sheets.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial software/tools.
- Understanding of accounting principles and standards.
