Job Title: Finance & Accounts Executive (Third Party PayRoll)
Experience: 1.5 - 2 Years
Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as a P2P, O2C & Reconciliation Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Reconciliations, along with knowledge of TDS, GST, and internal auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders while handling vendor queries.
Generate and process customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory regulations.
Assist in internal audits and financial reporting.
Utilize Excel & Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

1.5 - 2 years of experience in P2P, O2C, and Reconciliations.
Good understanding of TDS, GST, and Internal Auditing.
Strong skills in Excel & Google Sheets.
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in financial software/tools.
Understanding of accounting principles and standards.
