Senior QA Engineer (SAP Hybris) @ Ahom Technologies

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing eCommerce mobile applications, particularly with SAP Hybris. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will ensure that our mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for eCommerce mobile applications built on SAP Hybris.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and designers, to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies.

• Automate repetitive testing tasks using appropriate tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.

• Report, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.

• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the QA team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 3 years focused on testing eCommerce mobile applications.

• Proven experience with SAP Hybris in an eCommerce environment.

• Strong understanding of mobile application testing, including UI/UX, functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environme

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of mobile app analytics and performance monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB).
