Job Description

• Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP
• NET Web Forms, MVC,C#, and ADO
• NET
• Modify and enhance existing legacy systems built on the Web Forms MVC architecture
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Integrate with backend systems such as SQL Server, ASMX web services, and third-party APIs usingADO
• NET
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and adherence to security best practices
• Perform unit testing and participate in peer code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in legacy codebases
• Work within Agile or Waterfall SDLC methodologies as required
• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and deployment procedures
• Required Skills: Proficiency in ASP
• NET Web Forms, MVC, C#, and ADO
• NET for database connectivity
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2016 and above), including stored procedures and performance tuning
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and source control tools such as Git or TFS
• Understanding of State Management, ViewState, and Postbacks in Web Forms applications
• Ability to analyze and debug complex legacy code and apply patches or enhancements
• Hands-on experience with data access patterns using ADO
• NET (SqlConnection, SqlCommand, DataReader, etc)
• Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience in migrating Web Forms to modern ASP
• NET Core MVC Knowledge of Entity Framework Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment automation Familiarity with Windows Server/IIS hosting environments
