Job Title: IMS Technical Specialist

Location: Kochi

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IMS Technical Specialist with hands-on expertise in ManageEngine and certifications in Microsoft Azure and Office 365. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and managing TNs and DHCP configurations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, monitor, and manage ManageEngine solutions for IT infrastructure management.

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, ensuring security and high performance.

Manage Active Directory (AD) services, including domain controllers, group policies, and user account management.

Implement and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related network services.

Ensure compliance with corporate security policies for Azure and Office 365 environments.

Manage and support cloud infrastructure, including Azure and Office 365 services (user management, security, and migrations).

Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain best practices for disaster recovery and business continuity.

Ensure proactive monitoring and issue resolution across multiple systems.

Conduct periodic maintenance and updates on Windows Servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certification in Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

Proficiency in ManageEngine suite (ServiceDesk, Desktop Central, OpManager, etc.).

Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.

Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP configurations.

Ability to troubleshoot network and server-related issues efficiently.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in IT service management and project coordination is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role managing IT infrastructure.
