Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate must posses experience in handling Mumbai Market
Responsible to drive business with P&L accountability.
Work closely with Sales Head to strategize, grow and nurture business across all product categories & customers in the branch.
Understand and identify sales opportunities.
Accountable to achieve set targets in his region.
Building & handling the distribution network to ensure regular supply & service to the trade/market.
Monitoring, controlling, motivating, training & effectively handling the sales team to meet the desired goals.
Day to Day monitoring of field force, taking proper reporting from them.
working out plan for sales promotional activities, trade schemes.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.
Candidates should have prior experience of working in FAN industry
