Intermediate QA Engineer (SAP Hybris) @ Ahom Technologies

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Intermediate QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing eCommerce mobile applications, particularly with SAP Hybris. As an Intermediate QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for eCommerce mobile applications using SAP Hybris.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and report defects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and designers, to understand project requirements and define testing strategies.

• Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.

• Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential quality issues.

• Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA and mobile application testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on testing eCommerce mobile applications.

• Proven experience with SAP Hybris in an eCommerce setting.

• Strong understanding of mobile application testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of mobile app analytics and performance monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB).
