Expert in Databrickslevel 4 (highest level) (they'll code in python with framework PySpark)

Good level in python coding (level 4)

Basic skills in PowerBI (at least level 1 or 2) so they have critical eye on whether do developments on Databricks or PowerBI, and be able to have an outlook on the whole Dataset Company treatment chain.

Soft skills

Curiosity about new technology (need to update knowledge frequently)

Curiosity about complex HR business cases

Transparency (when they have a blocking point, share it straight with the team)

Have critical eye and be source of proposal when a new complex business case arrives (examplehow to modelize a dataset the best way possible, or how to industrialize many KPIs for a campaign to the treatment chain while keeping best performances as possible).Skills:
