Job Description

• 5 yr - 1 year of experience in IT support
• Windows/Linux Installation and configuration on Laptops and Desktops Support at L1 level and Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting
• Good in Hardware/Software/OS Level troubleshooting
• Excellent at cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to a build rapport with delivery technology teams functional heads
• Conceptual Knowledge of IT Basic Software like Antivirus, Helpdesk, MS Office, and Inventory Software
• Networking concepts at the basics level - VLAN, Routers, and Switching
• Any bachelor s degree in computers or Any bachelor s degree with Training in Computers and Networking Concepts
• Should be able to follow the internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations where applicable
• Good Understanding and Communication skills
