Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack .NET Developer to join our high-performing engineering team at NCG. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications by leveraging both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our business processes and customer experiences.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute across the full development lifecyclefrom conceptualization and design to deployment and supportwhile maintaining high standards of code quality and best practices. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive interfaces
- Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Work with databases such as MS SQL Server and MySQL to manage and retrieve data efficiently
- Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and unit testing
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies for implementation
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices and actively contribute to team meetings and sprint planning
- Maintain proper version control and CI/CD processes using tools like Git and Azure DevOps
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development using ASP.NET and C#
- Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with Angular or React (Angular preferred)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and Microservice architectures
- Familiarity with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework)
- Solid experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL
- Version control proficiency using Git and familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
