Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Lead with 8-10 years of experience in Master Data Management and at least 5+ years of hands-on expertise with any MDM platform. The ideal candidate will drive data governance, ensure data quality, and establish efficient mastering processes across company, site, and location-based data .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize MDM solutions to enhance data integration and consistency.
- Design, configure, and manage the Data Model, including match merge rules, survivorship rules, etc.
- Implement organization and location mastering , including hierarchy building (e.g., DB hierarchy, ZI hierarchy, or third-party datasets).
- Lead location enrichment strategies , ensuring accurate and structured data relationships.
- Develop and maintain SQL-based data transformations, ensuring high-performance querying.
- Utilize Python (preferred but not mandatory) for automation and data processing.
- Ensure compliance with MDM best practices , data governance, and industry standards.
- Manage large datasets , data models, and execute robust data quality management frameworks.
- Drive Agile development , leading code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and overseeing source management.
- Collaborate with business teams to align MDM strategies with organizational objectives.
Skills Required:
- 8-10 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) .
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with any MDM platform .
- Strong expertise in SQL Advanced SQL .
- Experience in company, site, location-based MDM implementations.
- Deep understanding of organization and location mastering strategies.
- Proven ability to work with location enrichment and hierarchical data structures.
- Solid understanding of MDM s business use cases and real-world applications.
- Experience in data governance and data quality management .
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies , code reviews, and source control best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Python for automation and data transformation.
- Exposure to third-party hierarchy datasets (e.g., DB, ZI, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud-based MDM solutions and scalable data architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve data inconsistencies and integration challenges .
