Ceridian Dayforce Functional Consultant @ Zensar

Job Description

• 3+ years of Ceridian Dayforce application experience is a must.
• Must be formally trained on Ceridian Dayforce application WFM modules
• Experience in gathering requirements for reports and interfaces using Dayforce BI Reporting is a must.
• Must have experience with APIs provided by Ceridian via their Developer Network
• Responsible for troubleshooting configuration problems within the DayForce HCM application and/or functionality and utilizing the appropriate steps for a speedy resolution.
• Must be familiar with multiple formats for file processing (XML, CSV etc)
• Experience with unit testing, test driven development methodologies
• Organized, solid problem-solving skills, and ability to rapidly respond to the business needs is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, product managers and engineering team a must
• Quick learner and Strong team player
