Job Description
Role Overview:
The Data Warehouse (DWH) Developer/Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouse solutions that support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics. The role involves working with large datasets, optimizing data models, and ensuring data accuracy and security.

Data Warehouse Design Development
Design and implement scalable and efficient data warehouse architectures.
Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ingest and process data from multiple sources.
Optimize data models to improve query performance and storage efficiency.
Data Integration Management
Ensure seamless data integration across databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
Maintain and enhance data pipelines using tools like Apache Spark, Talend, Informatica, or SSIS.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and integrity by implementing validation processes.
Performance Optimization Security
Optimize database queries, indexing, and storage strategies for better performance.
Implement security best practices, including data encryption, access control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Collaboration Reporting
Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and BI teams to understand data needs.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Document data warehouse processes, workflows, and data governance policies.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in data warehousing, ETL development, or database management.
AWS - Redshift is must .
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong SQL and database skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Apache Nifi).
Experience with cloud-based DWH solutions (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse).
Knowledge of data modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, or Scala).
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
