Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain BRDs, PRDs, and functional specifications aligned with product goals.
- Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Help identify edge cases, define success metrics, and contribute to UAT processes.
- Support change request management, version control of documentation, and scope alignment.
- Maintain project documentation and status updates using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product development lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
- User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria
- BRD & PRD Documentation
- Requirement Gathering & Process Analysis
- Jira, Confluence, Trello (or similar tools)
- Stakeholder Management
- Wireframing & Diagramming Tools (e.g., Figma, Lucidchart, Miro)
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
- UAT Support & QA Collaboration
- Time Management & Prioritization
- Familiarity with any industry-specific domain such as Healthcare, Fintech, or AI-based applications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Exposure to client-facing responsibilities, including product demos and feedback sessions.
