Role & responsibilities

1. Knowledge of US Health Care, provider business
2. Experience in AR follow up (Hospital Billing / Physician Billing)
3. Knowledge of MS-Excel (Intermediate)
4. Work Experience: experience in AR Operations and willing to move to data analyst role.
5. Work closely with Operations to understand ad hoc reporting requirements
6. Identify opportunities of automation in reports generated and share thoughts with immediate supervisor
7. Generate daily, weekly, monthly scheduled reports for provider side business
8. Take complete accountability of reporting and requirements for the assigned project/s (minimum while ensuring timelines are met
9. Develop / Update SOPs for smooth functioning of the Reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Willingness to work in shifts that are aligned to Operations (typically work timings are 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
2. Should be a quick learner and be able to get an understanding of US Healthcare business faster
3. Should be a good team player and gel along well within the team.
