About the Role:

This role focuses on establishing and nurturing profitable partnerships with Issuing

Authorities (IAs). Key responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with

key IA staff, cross-selling and up-selling products/services, and setting up efficient

processes for smooth delivery. The role also involves proactive lead generation through

calls and conversions. The ideal candidate will be a confident and self-motivated

individual with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving

skills, and be open to extensive travels


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify key staff in Issuing Authorities (IAs), building and maintaining relationships to cultivate profitable relationships with them.
  • Cross selling and up-selling ability to pitch different products and services to the IAs.
  • To sign up and set up a process withIssuing authority for smooth delivery.
  • Generating leads by calling, converting, and generating business
  • To identify and create new partner opportunities and maintain existing partner relationships
  • To prepare, plan and execute research and analysis on Universities and licensing authorities
    to be targeted
  • Reach out to prospective IA partners via email, cold calls, face to face meetings
  • Fixing appointments with the IA to establish the process for product and services.
  • Provide continued support to the partners, maintain a long term relationship and maximize other opportunities through these partners

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and confident individual who can confidently engage and present to top-level stakeholders in universities, colleges, licensing authorities, and employer organizations.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated individual who can think on his feet with a proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Open to travel extensively as per requirement
  • Experience in sales and customer service is preferred
  • Problem-solving attitude & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
