Job Summary A Workday HCM Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance on implementing and configuring Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for organizations.Job description :Role Workday HCM Developer / ConsultantLocation HyderabadAbout company :- Global IT Services Provider and Workday PartnerJob description :- Current holder of a Workday Certification within one of the followingIntegrations, Workday Studio, CCB, BIRT, Reporting.Key Responsibilities :- Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors.- Experience in Development- Workday HCM- PECI, PICOF- CCW- Implementations involving deploying within a top clients- Experience in design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base- Deliver requirements and design documents.- Develop quality Workday integrations.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration between Workday and other business systems (e.g., payroll, finance, time tracking).- Provide expert advice and best practices to clients on Workday HCM modules and functionalities.- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Skills and Qualifications :- 8-12 years of experience- Remote job location- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions in a client-facing role.- Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and configuration best practices.- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Workday Cloud Connect.Apply
