Senior Devops Engineer @ SOTI

Job Description

What Youll Do

• Collaborate with Cloud Managers and Site Reliability Engineers to manage SOTI products on the cloud.
  
• Build and maintain cloud servers and solutions for multi-tenant SOTI products (e.g., WebRTC, RTLS).
  
• Oversee the work of cloud engineers and ensure best DevOps practices.
  
• Work with Product Management to assess software architecture needs for releases and integrations.
  
• Ensure cloud-based systems are secure and compliant with relevant standards.
  
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions.
  
• Write automation scripts for infrastructure and integrate with DevOps tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement disaster recovery solutions.
  
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability, and address any issues promptly.
  
• Assist with release planning and automation testing.
  

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in IT or Software Engineering, including cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
  
• Strong experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.
  
• Proficiency with AWS services like EC2, CloudFormation, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.
  
• Solid knowledge of Python (Java or Node.js is a plus).
  
• Experience with automation tools such as Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, and others.
  
• Ability to design and deploy scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure.
  
• Familiarity with application architecture, networking, and security best practices.
  
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
