Senior Salesforce Developer @ QR Solutions

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Architect scalable solutions and guide development teams through best practices.
• Act as a mentor to junior developers and administrators.
• Engage with clients to understand pain points, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.
• Oversee third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, etc.).
• Implement Salesforce security, data architecture, and performance optimization.
• Manage change sets, deployments, and version control with DevOps tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts and QA.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, etc.

• Proven experience across multiple clouds: Sales, Service, Experience.
• Integration experience with external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and governor limits.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship ability.
