Job Description
- Proactively identify and pursue sales leads for IAAS (Inspection As A Service) and LAAS (Laboratory As A Service) within the assigned region.
- Conduct Interviews of temporary surveyors and Ensure complete and accurate documentation of new surveyors, including the Indemnity Bond on stamp paper, Joining Letter, Device Handover form, Bio Data, and Duties and Responsibilities document.
- Hand over necessary kits and equipment to newly joined surveyors and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Provide comprehensive training to surveyors on the operation of quality testing devices and the standardized sampling process.
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical queries from surveyors, providing effective solutions or escalating to the State FRT (Field Resource Team) as needed. Operational Management & Quality Assurance:
- Monitor the daily attendance of surveyors.
- Ensure that all surveyors adhere strictly to standard sampling and inspection norms, actively preventing and reporting any unfair practices observed on the ground to the State Supervisor immediately.
- Verify the stamp and signature on each Daily Transaction Report (DTR).
- Ensure timely scanning and uploading of DTRs to Google Drive at the end of each working day for all designated warehouses.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Daily MIS (Management Information System) sheet.
- Conduct weekly visits to warehouses, submitting detailed reports to the State Supervisor.
- Perform monthly audits of warehouses and provide comprehensive reports to the State Supervisor.
- Coordinate the secure courier of all original DTR copies to the State Supervisor at the end of each month.
- Operate quality testing devices effectively and efficiently.
- Provide basic support to clients in case of any device malfunctions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the State Supervisor regarding all aspects of field operations, sales activities, and team performance.
