• Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
• Collaborate with senior safety engineers to analyze incident reports and develop strategies to mitigate future risks
• Participate in safety training sessions and workshops to educate employees on best practices and safety protocols
• Support the investigation of safety incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on corrective measures
• Help maintain safety equipment and ensure all safety documentation is current and accessible
