Job Description
- Recruitment For Saudi Arabia 1-Continuously tracks the Smart products services KPIs and do needful to perform within agreed targets. 2-Attend to customer technical enquiries regarding technical repair or fixing 3-Provide software and hardware technical repairs. 4- Assembles, Installs, configures, upgrades and troubleshoots operating systems, software, hardware, network infrastructure for both Mobile and PCs and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware, pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration. 5-Follow up customer technical repair status and ensure that the customer is advised with progress 6-Attend to customer technical complaints and try to resolve them 7-Assist in devising and implementing systems to improve quality of service 8-Continuously update skills to be able to provide high level of service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty 9--Follow-up with suppliers and other repair centers for the items under repair and to be sure that the repaired items are available in his Force24/7 outlet and ready to be delivered before customers committed date. 10-Excute the RMA and DOA procedure and ensure that they are timely returned to customers. 11-Ensure that the customers leave eXtra with clear understanding regarding their technical problem, necessary repairs, estimated cost and time to collect their machines, In addition to full details about the service they might buy it like eXtra shield, Jawwaly or any other service program. 12-Work closely with sales team to promote and sell the Smart products services and provide the technical knowledge needed for them. CAPABILITIES: Troubleshoot - OS, hardware, and software Maintain PC, Mobile and make preventative maintenance Present Personnel training - new user initiation Maintain LAN and networking - wiring, wireless, new user setup Upgrade, backup and update PC/Mobile and software packages SKILLS: Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Computer Science/Communication and electronics or MCP certified Minimum of 2 years experience in PC/Mobile technical support and trouble shooting Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic is a must Intermediate level skills in MS Office Self motivation Organizing Ability to communicate at all levels of customer Excellent English language and Arabic will be highly preferred. Interest in and aptitude for Windows based operating systems, configuration and troubleshooting MEASURES AND EXPECTED RESULTS: 1-Achieve KPIs targets in.
