Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Manager to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing public relations campaigns and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance Talrop's visibility and reputation. Create engaging press releases, articles, and media materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Organize and manage press conferences, interviews, and events. Monitor media coverage and prepare detailed reports on PR campaigns" effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate PR campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Skills required: Proven 4+ years experience as a PR Manager or similar role in the tech industry. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in crisis management and media relations is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PR software (e.g., Cision) is preferred.
