Job Description
- Identify and generate new leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present and demonstrate our products/services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
