To generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP) by sourcing clients, managing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting monthly and annual targets.
Business Development:
Identify and source new customers through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs, and referrals.
Build a pipeline of LAP customers including SMEs, business owners, and professionals.
Sales Management:
Achieve monthly and quarterly LAP disbursement targets.
Understand customer financials and propose suitable LAP products.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursal.
Channel Management:
Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and real estate agents.
Ensure regular engagement and performance tracking of partner channels.
Customer Relationship:
Maintain strong post-sales relationship with customers to drive cross-sell and repeat business.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high service standards.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per internal and regulatory guidelines.
Adhere to KYC, AML, and company compliance norms.
Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of experience in LAP or mortgage sales.
Strong knowledge of LAP products, market dynamics, and credit underwriting basics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-centric approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
