Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to lead the development, modification, and maintenance of business-critical applications. This role is responsible for overseeing full-stack application development, ensuring system performance, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong expertise in .NET Core and front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and system enhancements.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and other related systems.
- Conduct system performance testing and troubleshooting to ensure applications function optimally.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and business system issues.
- Develop detailed technical documentation and reports on performance metrics and solutions implemented.
- Ensure systems run smoothly, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies for optimization.
- Manage full application lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
- Act as a subject matter expert on system processes and application architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on web technologies and back-end systems.
- Proven experience in building robust full-stack web applications with .NET Core and REST API integration of microservices.
- Expertise in at least two development environments/languages such as C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, Objective-C, Visual Studio, Eclipse.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web API, React.js, and responsive web design principles.
- Strong understanding of API technologies including REST and SOAP.
- Proficiency in containerized application development using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Solid experience in system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving SQL/database bottlenecks.
