Section 2Position OverviewProvide a concise summary of the position, its purpose, and its importance within the company.Section 1Job TitleClearly state the positions title to convey the role and level of responsibility.Position OverviewThe Senior ServiceNow Developer will be a crucial member of the ServiceNow team, performing hands-on support for end-users, day-to-day maintenance, planning, and testing system upgrades, coaching other team members on best practices, as well as troubleshooting advanced custom applications. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will work with architects, developers, and other product members in the fulfillment of updates, fixes, and new features within our key applications, including ITSM, ITOM, IRM, ITBM, CSM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration.The Evernorth?Technology strategy is fully aligned with our business strategy, resulting in an opportunity for you to influence in various directions this includes technologybusiness direction but also recruiting and mentoring employees and influencing selection of and relationships with vendor resources to ultimately build and contribute within a world class Delivery Vertical.This is a hands-on position with visibility to the highest levels of Evernorth? management who are motivated to see the successful results of our efforts.   • Contribute to roadmap and strategy presentations that align to organizational goals and resources.
  • Participate in the full SDLC Requirements Gathering, Analysis, design, and coding, testing, training, and operational support using agile methodologies
  • Work with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements within ServiceNow and proposing solution and design suggestions
  • Designing solutions to enhance IT service requests in Service Request Management module by developing JavaScript programs and workflows.
  • Timely support of any implementation and performance issues reported on ServiceNow platform
  • Configuration of Email Notifications and Alerts to notify users about specific activities in the system
  • Develop User Interfaces - Configure and maintain Forms, Lists, Views, UI Policy, UI Scripts, UI Actions, View Rules, Welcome Page Content, Map Pages, and other UI elements for ServiceNow modules.
  • Perform environmental promotional activities from Dev to Stage and Test.
  • Designed various custom ServiceNow reports for enhancing higher level management for monitoring the performance of various support teams.

  • SME in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Flow Designer.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Experience designing, building and maintaining integration using Integration Hub, REST, SOAP web services
  • Experience in Email notifications.
  • Responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management and integrations.
  • Activate a plug-in, build reports, gauges, and homepages
  • Set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor SLA workflows
  • Aiding in translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Required Experience & Education:
  • SME in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.
  • Total 5-8 years of experience needed.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent degree and work experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree with Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator - Mandatory
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (preferred)
  • ITIL4 Certified

  • Experience on troubleshooting production issues and lead team providing solutions
