Job Title: Manager - Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Evaluation: Assess vendors' creditworthiness to ensure financial stability.
2. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely payment of all statutory dues and compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Collections: Manage collections for payments due from clients/customers.
4. Team Management: Lead a team of 4-5 finance associates, guiding and mentoring them for optimal performance.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in accounts/finance management, preferably in a similar role.
2. Immediate Joiner: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
3. Location:
Hyderabad, Gachibowli
Skills:
1. Financial management and analysis
2. Team leadership and management
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Strong understanding of statutory compliance and regulatory requirements
5. Finalization of books of Accounts and monthly MIS
6. Tally is essential
