  • Participate in the analysis of client requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
  • Assist in mapping legacy processes to Oracle SCM Cloud functionality.
  • Support in configuring Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub) under the guidance of senior team members and perform unit testing.
  • Prepare documentation including configuration workbook, test scripts, training manuals, and business process flows.
  • Contribute to system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts by preparing test scenarios, capturing results, and coordinating with client teams.
  • Assist in data migration and validation activities, including understanding legacy data structures and mapping them to Oracle Cloud templates.
  • Deliver end-user training sessions and contribute to knowledge transfer (KT) and cutover planning activities.
  • Support post go-live activities such as issue resolution, user support, and enhancements under supervision.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge asset creation, project documentation, and process improvement efforts.
  • Actively engage in learning and certification activities related to Oracle SCM Cloud modules and stay updated on product releases and enhancements.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain operations such as procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, or planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both business and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated initiative, drive, and ability to work effectively in team-based environments
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp and apply complex business and system concepts
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud or any ERP platform (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards) is a strong plus
  • Prior involvement in system implementation, process improvement, or digital transformation projects is advantageous
