The Engagement Content Strategist role will be part of a specialized content discipline that helps customers navigate their healthcare experience in a way that is personalized, data-driven, and leads to positive health outcomes. By considering individual needs and opportunities, you will help to craft communication experiences that engage and personalize pathways for customers focusing on deep customer understanding and driving business value through optimal healthcare navigation.

Location & Hours of Work
Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriatePrimarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
