Job Description
Position Overview:
Were seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Senior Innovation Manager to drive our innovation agenda across business lines and software services. This role is pivotal in shaping IDSs innovation roadmap, embedding advanced technologies such as AI/GenAI, enhancing operational and sales processes, and spearheading strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and cross-functional business units to identify opportunities, lead innovation programs, manage product portfolios, and integrate emerging technologies to future-proof our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and own the companys innovation strategy, aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, technologies, and strategic partnerships to expand IDSs service portfolio.
AI-Led Product & Service Development
- Lead ideation, prototyping, and development of innovative, market-relevant solutions leveraging AI, GenAI, RPA, and emerging tech.
- Oversee the product management lifecycle from concept to go-to-market for innovation-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams on product strategy, business use cases, and AI implementation feasibility.
Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Drive sales efficiency and operational excellence projects through technology-enabled solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and innovation scouting to identify market trends and industry shifts.
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and craft innovative solutions.
Program & Project Management
- Manage multiple innovation programs, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and impactful delivery.
- Track project milestones, manage risks, and report progress to leadership.
Ecosystem Development & Partnerships
- Build and nurture partnerships with startups, technology providers, and academia to expand IDSs innovation ecosystem.
- Represent IDS in industry events, conferences, and innovation forums.
Innovation Culture & Change Management
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, experimentation, and creative problem-solving in the organization.
- Lead internal innovation workshops, hackathons, and cross-functional brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 812 years of experience building B2B products in healthcare, sustainability or data intelligence domains, including a minimum of 3 years in AI/GenAI innovation initiatives.
- Proven track record in product management and strategic growth projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, RPA, cloud platforms, and emerging tech ecosystems.
- Exceptional program management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering or technical teams, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of innovation-led initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making approach with a creative mindset.
- Familiarity with no-code and low-code tools like Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Firebase Studio to integrate LLMs or AI agents into customer-facing or internal-facing experiences that can be tested and validated quickly.
- Familiarity with Figma prototyping or designing is a plus.
