We are seeking a skilled Hardware Designer with a strong background in embedded electronics and PCB design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware development for industrial or automotive applications, including deep familiarity with design constraints, communication protocols, and EMC/EMI requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Design and review schematics and high-complexity multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer
Define PCB layer stack-ups and design rules, ensuring mechanical and thermal integration
Develop and troubleshoot embedded electronics aligned with system/component design requirements
Participate in system architecture discussions and support cross-functional design reviews
Handle vehicle communication protocols: ETH, CAN FD, LIN, LVDS
Work with EMI/EMC testing, design, and compliance
Collaborate on thermal management strategies for ECU electronics
Support PI/SI analysis and simulations (desirable)Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent
36 years of experience with Altium Designer
Solid understanding of EE architecture and embedded designDesirable:
Experience in multiple technical domains
Justified experience in Power Integrity (PI) and Signal Integrity (SI)Mandatory Skills:
