We are looking for a Social Media Manager/Lead with the ability to analyze data, structure campaigns and provide optimization solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, should be a quick problem solver and should have the ability to translate business needs into easily manageable tasks with quick implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Having a strong background in paid social campaign management, technology platforms, direct marketing experience
Manage the day-to-day handling of all paid social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and adapting strategies to suit different channels
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
Develop, launch, and manage new campaigns for brand promotion and conversion
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using internal client tools
Leverage cross channel approach for performance improvement
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Analyze competitor activity on social media
Optimize the social media campaigns to achieve targets set by the client
Manage the budget allocation & pacing for all social media campaigns
Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
Regularly liaise with clients via email or calls
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
Any certifications in Facebook/LinkedIn Marketing would be a plus
Requirements:

Proven skills in running paid campaigns on Social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Good project management skills with proven ability to complete complex projects on time.
A deep understanding of the key metrics and levers available to drive performance marketing optimizations
Understanding of Audience overlap and minimizing the impact of the same.
Knowledge of creating custom audiences
Have an eye for creative and social marketing trends
High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
