    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Outreach & Engagement Executive to support our institutional collaboration initiatives. The selected candidate will play a key role in executing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), driving premium academic engagement programs, and coordinating faculty and student development initiatives (FDPs/SDPs/EDLs). This position is ideal for individuals interested in academic partnerships, program coordination, and stakeholder communication within the EdTech space.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Academic Partnerships & MoU Execution

    • Identify and initiate contact with colleges and universities for potential collaboration.
    • Share institutional profiles and manage end-to-end MoU documentation and communication.
    • Coordinate internally to align MoU efforts with organizational strategy.
    • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular progress reports.

    Premium Institution Engagement

    • Target key academic institutions, leveraging both internal databases and independent research.
    • Personalize outreach and manage communication with senior academic stakeholders.
    • Schedule and coordinate institutional presentations and follow-up engagements.

    Program Coordination (SDPs/FDPs/EDLs)

    • Collaborate with academic institutions to finalize and manage training event calendars.
    • Support planning and execution of events, including promotions, materials, classroom readiness, and faculty coordination.
    • Ensure timely reporting of event outcomes and maintain post-event documentation.

     

    Candidate Profile:

    Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Candidates pursuing final-year BBA/MBA may also apply for internships.

    Experience: 0-3 years in academic outreach, education consulting, institutional sales, or EdTech partnerships.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email writing, and tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
    • Ability to plan, organize, and multitask effectively with strong attention to detail.
